Writrflow is built for writers. You own everything you create. We do not claim ownership over your content, and we only process your content to provide the service you requested.
What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run Writrflow: account details you provide, basic usage analytics, and device or browser information required for performance and security.
Your content
You retain all rights to your drafts, recordings, and outputs. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it for advertising. If we ever offer optional product improvements that use your content, they will be opt-in.
How we use data
We use your data to deliver dictation, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support when you ask for help.
Third-party services
Payment processing, analytics, and hosting may be provided by trusted vendors who are required to protect your data and only use it for their specific service.
Retention and deletion
You control your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time, and we will remove it unless we are legally required to retain specific records.
